Make sure the BookKey has been entered correctly:
- If you BookKey contains hyphens (-), you should enter these as well.
- Do not enter any spaces
- Try replacing the letter O with the number 0 and vice versa.
- Try replacing the letter S with the number 5 and vice versa.
- If your code contains ‘l’, try using the number 1 and uppercase ‘i’
If this does not solve the problem, please send an email to email@example.com and include your BookKey, the title of the book and the email address you used for your Musebooks account.
