I’m seeing the error message ‘Your BookKey is not valid’.

Make sure the BookKey has been entered correctly:

  • If you BookKey contains hyphens (-), you should enter these as well.
  • Do not enter any spaces
  • Try replacing the letter O with the number 0 and vice versa.
  • If your code contains ‘l’, try using the number 1, uppercase ‘i’ and lowercase ‘L’

If this does not solve the problem, please send an email to service@musebooks.world and include your BookKey, the title of the book and the email address you used for your Musebooks account.
